Terms Of Use

When purchasing a domain from Skelton Logic you accept and agree to the following terms.

Sales Terms:

All sold domains are “as is” without any warranty impressed or implied.

Once the domain is transferred to purchaser, Skelton Logic is released from any and all obligation and liability.

All sales are final and non-refundable without exception.

Domain Sales Guidelines:

By default all domain payments shall be made via PayPal. PayPal accepts credit cards if you do not have an account with them. For other forms of payment please contact us, but be aware that additional charges will be likely.

Escrow Services:

At request domain purchases may be handled via an agreed-upon escrow service (we are familiar with the services of Afternic and Escrow.com). For domains costing $1000 or less, the purchaser will be responsible for fees - typically $50-$100. Above $1000 Skelton Logic is willing to share the costs with the purchaser.

Appraisal Services:

Domain Purchasers are invited to obtain independent appraisals of domains at the purchaser’s own expense. Keep in mind that these services are typically automated (the best of which is Estibot.com). The most accurate valuations are from domain brokers.

Domain Pushes and Transfers:

In most cases, domain pushes and transfers to your usual Registrar can be initiated within one (1) business day of confirmed purchase. Be aware that transfers can take up to one (1) week, unless you open a free account at the current registrar and have the domain pushed to your account. In some cases, where we have owned a domain for less than two (2) months, a push is the only means by which we can transfer a domain.
